Firstly the staff members were all very nice and friendly EXCEPT the young guy with glasses and a guitar late at night on 24th May 2025. This guy had a guitar case or something, and had some weird attitude problem - everything he said was accompanied with a dirty look & long pauses while staring. Initially we were allocated a room on the top floor with un-open-able windows and two-separate beds put together, rather than a single double-bed. There was a wall-mounted air conditioner in the room but it was ineffective and the first night we spent was very uncomfortable (perhaps on purpose by that staff member). However the next day we asked for another room with windows that can be opened, and they put us into a ground-floor room. This room was a MUCH higher standard than the upstairs room, bathroom fittings were better, the double-bed was actually a large single double-bed.

The room was quite big with very large and comfortable beds. Kids loved their bunk beds. The choice of food for breakfast was quite good, the same as everywhere. Big parking on the private closed territory, even with electric charger.

The hotel is basic but perfectly fine for a night or two, especially if you’re just passing through.

The hotel was very easy to find and check-in was very easy. The room was just what we needed and had a nice little kitchenette, although no facilities to make your own hot drinks. The room was clean.

The cleanliness, 24 hour reception, friendly staff, our family room had plenty space for two adults and 6 month old baby. And really great location for people who are in road trips.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything needed for a comfortable and restful night. The atmosphere was peaceful, with no noise disturbances, which made for a great sleep. The staff was friendly and always willing to help, making the experience even better. Overall, excellent value for the price. I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely hotel in an excellent location for a one-star vacation in Belgium. The location is convenient for visiting Belgium's most popular attractions and cities and offers free parking. The staff is charming and helpful, good breakfast.

Very clean room with all facilities. Especially a toilet seperated from the bathroom is for us very important. Very good breakfast. And very friendly staff at the chek-in and check-out. And also very important is that noone, except guests can drive on the parking at night. Good security ! ! !
